Answer: Once you are in edit mode for your blog, go into the "Lateral" tab of your menu and select the pencil icon that appears on the side of your Facebook plugin. (Note: you must hover the mouse over the Facebook page area before the pencil appears.) Once there you may enter you Facebook information and link both pages.
