This is a common issue that is ran into from time to time. However, there is an easy explanation and fix for this as well. Make sure your point of interest is in the video (example: you or another person talking or demonstrating) is filmed in front of a solid color background. The program works by rasterizing the video's background to create the illusion of nothing being there. With that, only solid colors can be accurately picked-upped. We recommend a solid white background for best results. Note: This program is still in Beta. Although it is a fantastic tool, its one of those things that can become something even more amazing with the help of continuous detailing constant feedback from our users.
