Frequently asked question (FAQ) by our users.

Answer: We work constantly to improve the functionality of our tools to create a very seamless user experience. As pertaining to duplicating versions you must first note that your desktop version acts as the "Alpha" in this situation. The tablet and mobile versions only mirror its actions and allow you to only determine layout. What this means is all content on your desktop version will automatically populate on the other versions leaving you only with the task of dragging and dropping content to your personal layout specifications.

Now if you are seeing that some elements are not showing on your tablet and mobile version that are on your desktop, or vice versa, right click on that specific element and click on the visibility icon:

Then make sure that element is "Visible" on all or the versions you want it to show up on:

Please make a note that it is also helpful to use this feature to show what you want on which ever version instead of deleting the element from the version. When you delete an element from one version it deletes on all versions. For further assistance there is also a tutorial video available on this feature you can watch or you can contact us vis live chat located at the bottom right hand corner of your virtual office.
